According to the definition of REACH regulation EC1907/2006, Energeic Memory Inc. is the producer of "goods". REACH requires the supplier of the item to notify whether the content of Substances of High Concern (SVHC) contained in the item exceeds 0.1% by weight.
According to the material content certificate provided by the Energeic supplier, none of these substances exist in the materials we use for our products, including packaging and transportation materials. Therefore, high-energy products do not contain any SVHC exceeding 0.1% by weight.
